Keto Pancakes For Your Valentine’s Day Breakfast

Nothing says I love you like homemade pancakes for Valentine’s Day! Top with homemade whipped cream and sliced strawberries for a healthy gluten free, no sugar, fluffy pancake stack.

You could also try these fluffy cinnamon pancakes, 4-ingredient almond and coconut flour free blueberry pancakes, or these quick and easy blender pancakes.

Top with plenty of grass fed butter and sugar-free pancake syrup!

Keto Pancakes For Your Valentine’s Day Breakfast

Serves: 2 servings Cooking Time: 20 minutes


  • 2 oz softened cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 Tbsp unflavored unsweetened protein powder (if flavored, adjust the sweetener)
  • 1 Tbsp psyllium husk (or almond flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Sugar free whipped cream
  • Sliced Strawberries
  • Sugar free maple syrup



Beat softened cream cheese, eggs and vanilla together. Once fully combined, beat in sugar substitute.


Sift coconut flour, protein powder, psyllium husk, baking powder and cinnamon.


Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.


Cook on low heat in a well buttered pan until the edges are dry and there are bubbles in the middle. Then flip and cook briefly on other side.


Top with sugar free whipped cream, sugar free maple syrup and sliced strawberries


Make your own whipped cream with an immersion blender or mixer by adding 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 2 Tbsp of powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Chill the blender sticks and bowl for 10 minutes in the freezer before mixing.
