Ingredients
Cold smoked salmon
Bib lettuce
¼ Cup carrot
2 Stalks green onion
½ Large avocado
¼ Cup frozen shelled edamame
Crushed peanuts
Chopped cilantro
Dressing Ingredients
1 T Minced fresh ginger
2 ½ T Red wine vinegar
½ t sesame oil
1 t Tamari (or 2 t soy sauce)
1 ½ t Lemon juice
1 Pinch onion powder
1 Pinch cayenne powder
¼ t hot honey
1 pinch salt
Instructions
Microwave edamame for 30 seconds
Wash lettuce
Chop ingredients
Mix together salad dressing
Assemble salad
Dress salad and toss
